Thank you for choosing Ryde N Fly private transfer service, in doing so you have agreed to abide by the terms & conditions below.
Full fare must be paid in full prior to pick up. This includes when making a return booking.
This can be made by funds transfer (time permitting as funds need to reach our account 24 hours prior to pick up time) or by credit card over the phone. The booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
All booking cancellations require a minimum 48 hours’ notice prior to your pick up time and no refunds will be given for prepaid fares. For any fares not yet paid, payment of the full fare quoted will be required at the time of the cancellation being made.
No refunds will be given if a passenger has provided an incorrect Sydney arrival date.
Our vehicle operating hours are available 24 hours everyday. An extra charge applies to pick ups & drop offs before 5am and 7pm onwards. Phone us on 0427 096 400 for details.
To ensure all passengers connect with their flights, we require all of our passengers to be ready outside of the nominated address 5 minutes prior to pickup. This ensures minimal delays, and a smooth flowing service to everyone on the journey. Ryde N Fly private Shuttle Service is committed to ensuring minimal waiting times, although in the case of exceptional circumstances that occur beyond our control, we are not responsible for delays incurred.
You are required to arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours prior for international flights. Ryde N Fly Shuttle Service will not be liable for any loss, cost or delay incurred by our passengers due to circumstances beyond our control including traffic or weather conditions or from any vehicle breakdown.
Domestic Pickups – Generally, 30 minutes should be enough time for baggage clearance. Should you be further delayed, Ryde N Fly private Shuttle Service cannot guarantee your pick up. Every effort however is made to accommodate you in these circumstances. As soon as you can, please have your mobile telephone switched on in order for us to contact you.The meeting points for Terminal 2 is carousel 6 and for Terminal 3 is at carousel 5 for all doorstep pick ups.additional charges apply for this service $10. All other general pickups are from the Green Priority pick up
International Pickups – Upon arrival, passengers must switch on their mobile phone so the driver is able to make contact with you to confirm the meeting point and their acknowledgement of their arrival. We allow up to 1 hour for customs clearance. Once passengers have cleared customs, they are to make contact with the driver informing them that they are making their way to the pick up point. If the passenger does not have access to a working mobile phone, the passenger must call the driver from a pay phone inside the terminal. On the rare occasion there is a greater delay we will do our best to wait. However, depending on what other pickups we have, we cannot guarantee collection for extensive delays, but we will make every effort to pick up passengers as soon as we are available.
Inbound flight delays – If prior to boarding your flight you are notified of a delay for your returning flight please call our office on 0427 096 400 so we may adjust our timetable to accommodate you. Depending on what other work we have, we cannot always guarantee collection if the delays fall outside of our work schedule.
Please note – We use a variety of methods to check flights, and we generally are aware well in advance of any delays related to your flight.
Refunds will only occur in the instance where your scheduled flight arrival time to Sydney Airport is delayed to a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled work. If your flight to Sydney Airport is delayed or canceled, phone 0427 096 400 so that we may inform you of the next available vehicle to pick you up from the airport. If this time does not suit, we can then refund your pre-paid return transfer so you can make an alternative arrangement home.
Our vehicles run on a timetable and by law, our drivers must adhere to government regulated driving hours. If your delayed flight arrives at a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled departure times, we will endeavor to arrange for another driver to meet you otherwise we will offer you a full refund.
We service both Cruise terminals in Sydney and main pick up times are 8.30am but flexible
The use of road tolls is included in the quoted fare.
The following extra charges apply:
Surfboards – $10 each
Golf Clubs – $10 per set
Snow Skis – $10 per set
Child Seat/Booster – Included in price
Bicycles – $10 per bike (must be boxed)
Excess Baggage* – $5 per additional item
Cleaning fees if unnecessary cleaning required up to $200
Airport parking charge –

Limo area pick up Domestic $10
Limo area pick up International $15
Meet and greet service $25
For pick ups and drop offs before 5am and after 7pm – additional $20.00
Public holidays attract an extra $20 added to total fare
Anything additional to one large suitcase and one carry-on piece of luggage per person is classified as Excess Baggage.
Any excess luggage outside these items will be assessed and charged by the driver. If we are not notified of excess luggage at the time of making a booking and it does not fit into our vehicles, your transfer may be canceled on the spot without a refund.
Ryde N Fly private Shuttle Service cannot guarantee pick up if you’re not contactable.
If for any reason we cannot meet your flight, a refund will be issued if prepaid. If for any reason we fail to pick up our passengers on the designated date and/or time, we shall not be responsible for the payment of airfares, accommodation, taxi fares, train fares or bus fares or any other related expenses.
Airport Parking charges are forwarded to customers. These charges are subject to change without notice. If we are charged parking more than once due to delays inside the airport, we may at our discretion forward this charge onto the customer.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide correct Sydney flight & cruise ship arrival information. Ryde N Fly private shuttle service will not be held responsible for any incorrect details provided which will result in no refund of the prepaid fare.
