Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Our vehicle operating hours are 24 / 7 office hours are 7am to 7pm 7 days a week, including Public Holidays. Bookings on Public Holidays will incur a $20 surcharge
Q; Are you an accredited booking service provider ?
A; Yes we are. We have been authorized and fully accredited to be a booking service provider by the Point to Point commissioner of N.S.W to transport passengers – BSP – 428029
Q; How soon should i book my transfers
A; Generally asap to take the stress out of looking for transport at the last minute.
Q: Do you provide baby seats?
A: Yes, we provide baby seats and booster seats for children from the ages of 0 months to 8 years old. Please ensure that you make a request for a baby seat or booster seat at the time of your booking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: No refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled pick up time. For further information please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.
Q: What time do I need to be at the airport prior to my departure time?
A: You are required to arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.
Q: How many pieces of luggage am I allowed on the shuttle service?
A: A limit of 1 large suitcase & 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger applies. For further information please refer to our Quote page and our Terms and Conditions page.
Q: What happens to my booking with you if my return flight into Sydney Airport is delayed or canceled?
A: Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details.
Q: Where are your pick up points at the airport?
Domestic pickups Green priority pick up area. For doorstep pick up Terminal 2 arrivals are at Baggage Carousel 6, Domestic pickups for Terminal 3 arrivals (Qantas) at Baggage Carousel 5.-Note additional charge applies – International arrival pick ups are at the rideshare pick up area.Limousine or meet and greet incur additional charges For further arrival pick up details please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.
Q: What time will you pick me up from my home/hotel to travel to the Airport?
A: Your pick up time will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Q: Will there be any other passengers sharing the shuttle service with me?
A: We only do private transfers, so the only people traveling in the vehicle are the ones you want traveling with you.And this provides a stress free ride direct to your destination.
Q: How many passengers are you able to accommodate on the shuttle service?
A: Depends on the vehicle required
Q; Pick up times from the cruise terminals, White Bay or Overseas passenger terminal
A: 8.30am – unless you have arranged a time at point of Booking
The following extra charges are applicable
Extra luggage (more than 1 suitcase & 1 carry on per person) $5 per extra piece.
Public holidays attract an extra $20 added to total fare
The use of road tolls is included in the quoted fare.
For pick ups and drop offs before 5am and after 7pm – additional charge of $20
