How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

Generally at least 48hrs is recommended. However if a last minute booking is required please feel free to call us on 0427096400 and we can try and accommodate you.

How do you operate?

We are a shared shuttle bus service. Your journey to and from the airport may include stops to other addresses along the way. By doing this we are able to offer fixed pricing at a fraction of the cost of hiring taxis or hire cars.

What time will you be at my house?

We will confirm pick up time with you at the time of booking. If we have other pick ups on the journey we may adjust your pick up time to allow ample time for all passengers to make their flights. We will notify you of any adjustments to your pick up time the day before your pick up.

How much luggage can I bring?

We allow 1 check in suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per person (each extra piece of luggage incurs a $5 surcharge)

All other large items such as golf bags, surfboards etc will incur additional surcharges.  When making a booking please inform us of any large item you may have.

What if my flight is delayed into Sydney?

We monitor all arriving flights by using the latest phone apps and we also use google to monitor flights, we will be well aware should your flight be delayed. But if your flight is cancelled you must call us on 0427096400 and let us know your new flight number, Sydney arrival date and Sydney arrival time. We endeavour to pick you up as close to the delayed arrival time as possible, how ever if your delayed arrival time should affect any other pick ups that we have, we have no choice but to pick up the other passengers first and then return to the airport to pick you up soon as possible.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, eftpos or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We do not accept Cheques or Money Orders.  You can also make payment by Electronic Funds Transfer into our account but must be cleared minimum 24 hours prior to your pick up.

What areas of Sydney do you service?

While we specialise in Ryde and its surrounding districts. We are able to offer our services throughout the North Shore and The Hills of Sydney. Please call us on 0427096400 or go to our quote page for all other suburbs.

How often do buses operate?

We do not operate on a set schedule. Our day is organised based on what bookings we have. Please call us on 0427096400 or email us at info@rydenfly.com.au to arrange a booking to suit your flight.

What are your operating Hours?

We operate 7 days a week. (including public holidays)

Our buses operate within the hours of 5am to 5pm.  Please call us 0427096400 for all  bookings outside these hours

When will I get to the airport?

For all International departures we aim to arrive at the airport approx 3 hours prior to flight departure, For all Domestic departures we aim to arrive at the airport approx 2 hours prior to flight departure. If you require more time, we can happily accommodate you.

Where are your pickup and drop-off points at the airport?

We are a door to door service, we pick you up from your nominated home or business address and drop you off at the terminal of your departing flight.

  • Domestic ArrivalsT2 We will meet you at baggage carousel 6 .
  • Domestic Arrivals – T3 (QANTAS) We will meet you at Carousel 3 Our driver will have a board with your name.
  • International ArrivalsOur driver will meet you at McDonalds Restaurant Downstairs inside Terminal 1. Near EXIT A.  (See Map – large version will open in new tab or window)
  • Once you have landed please switch on your mobile phone so that you are contactable, if your battery on your phone is flat please borrow someone else’s phone or call us from a pay phone.

What other destinations do you cover?

We do transfers to and from Sydney Airport,  The Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay, White Bay Cruise Terminal, Central Station and we also offer private charters to any special event
